Welcome to Hotel Prasang. By booking a room or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• It is mandatory for all guests to present a valid Government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
• As per Government regulations, every guest above the age of 18 staying at the hotel must carry a valid photo identification.
• Accepted identity proofs include a Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport.
• Guests without a valid Government-issued photo ID will not be permitted to check in.
• Note: PAN Cards are not accepted as valid proof of identity for hotel check-in.

• Free cancellation is available if the booking is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 100% cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.

• Children below 5 years of age can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents or guardians.
• Children aged 5 years and above will be considered as an adult and may incur additional charges.
• Extra mattresses or bedding are available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
• A valid age proof may be requested for children at the time of check-in.
• The hotel reserves the right to modify the child policy without prior notice.

• Visitors are allowed only in the hotel lobby unless prior permission is obtained from the hotel management.
• Visitors must present a valid Government-issued photo ID before entering the hotel premises.
• Visitors are permitted only during the hotel's designated visiting hours.
• Overnight stay of visitors is not permitted unless they are registered as hotel guests.
• The hotel reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor for security or operational reasons.
• Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors during their visit.
